Coronavirus: information for patients

During this time it is important, unless you are advised otherwise by your NHS referring centre, private hospital or GP, that you continue to take your regular medication as prescribed.

If you are feeling unwell and may have come in contact with someone suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 follow the latest NHS 111 guidance.

If you are considering stopping your medication, check with your referring clinical team first.

Our teams are in regular contact with your referring centre and the NHS to ensure the continued supply of your medication and treatment.

You may find that our drivers have changed our delivery procedures, this is to protect you and our drivers during this time. Drivers will knock on your door, retreat from your door, check your identity and then observe you take your package. You will no longer be required to sign for your delivery.

You will also notice that when you speak to a member of our team regarding your delivery or nurse visit, we will be asking you a couple of simple questions regarding COVID-19.
