Your clinician will let us know that they have explained our service to you, and you have opted to use our services.
Our Patient Services team will get in touch to give you a warm welcome, check your details and answer any questions you may have. They will also explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
When we receive a prescription from your clinician, we will contact you to arrange a visit from your nurse.
Your nurse will meet you at the agreed date, time, and location: depending on your service, your nurse may administer, or teach you to administer your treatment.
If you are receiving ongoing nurse administration of your medication, we will contact you ahead of your next visit to arrange the time and date. If you will be self-administering your medicine, where we have an active prescription, we will contact you 7-10 days before your next delivery date to arrange your delivery.
All Pharmaxo Healthcare deliveries for your homecare treatment will be made to an address specified by you.
Our delivery driver will have a timed delivery window agreed with you in advance.
