We take a collaborative approach to understanding your product or brand, to build an out-of-hospital care offering that fully compliments your commercial and strategic objectives.
We have an in-depth understanding of all factors affecting intentional and unintentional patient adherence. We build detailed patient support programmes tailored to the drug and the patient cohort involved.
There is no one size fits all solution. We identify the best type of interventions tailored to the product, delivered at the right time intervals, by the most appropriate team of healthcare professionals.
“Thank You for all that you and your colleagues have done to support people living with late-onset Pompe Disease in the UK. Your joint commitment to always put the patient at the centre and ensure we find a solution that meets the needs of patients as well as the NHS, homecare companies, like yourself and Amicus has been exceptional.”
Our services span a wide range of therapies but broadly cover the following areas:
Patient support programmes
We have extensive experience in the design and delivery of Patient Support Programmes on behalf of our pharmaceutical industry clients.
We address non-adherence through unearthing the individual patients‘ adherence determinants. As a result, Pharmaxo Healthcare has identified five main clusters of determinants which have a significant impact on patients’ adherence. These include factors relating to:
- Social-economic factors
- Healthcare team and system related factors
- Condition-related factors
- Therapy-related factors
- Patient-related factors
Our nursing team are an integral part of the patient support programmes and are trained to support patient adherence to the highest standards.
Our nurses are provided with education and skills training on assessing the extent of nonadherence, its risk factors, and evidence-based interventions.Meet our Nursing Team

This ethos underpins all our systems and culture and the everyday working practice of each member of our staff.
It is extremely important that we capture and report on the level of service that we provide.
As part of this commitment, we conduct regular satisfaction surveys with patients and the referring centres with whom we work closely with.
